My ultimate goal is to see and share beauty. This is not surprising as I come from a family of photographers. I earned a BS in Photo Science and an MFA in Photography. This background was utilized in college teaching as well as commercial work. For 30 years I shot advertising and annual reports worldwide for Fortune 500 Companies. Subjects included aerials, agriculture, agribusiness, heavy industry, high tech manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, famous musicians and orchestras, theater, dance, surgery, travel, executive portraiture, motor racing and many sports as well as illustrations for seven children’s books and numerous magazine articles.
I am a proud Life Member of ASMP (American Society of Media Photographers) and was founding President of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter. I thrive in a blend of technical and aesthetic perspectives. Anyone can take pictures, but there are few photographers. Let me show you the difference.
